Job Description:
- Accountable for line management of the Customer Reference Legal Entity to Sales Account workgroup.
- Responsibility for supporting transformation of legacy reference data and processes, ensuring operations are not compromised during change periods.
- Stakeholder management to ensure needs of customers are met without compromising Data Quality or systems.
- Overseeing Legal Entity to Sales Account operational team, optimising team performance.
- Subject Matter Expert for CCAT customer hierarchy.
- Resolving complex Data issues, leading on investigating and resolution.
- Leading on implementing process improvements to improve operational efficiency.
- Supporting Customer Data Projects.
