Job Description:
- Participates as a member of Reporting & Analytics
- Develop reports and dashboards for the business, and provide analysis and communicate to stakeholders
- Develop and generate operational / transactional HR reports for different business groups
- Testing and developing new HR reports during system updates/upgrades or when new functionality is implemented
- Applies growing technical knowledge with respect to Analytics platform
- Researches how to meet customer requirements
- Solve process and system problems
- Resolves employee HR support cases of moderate complexity that cannot be answered immediately through service centers
