Job Description:
- Support the activities related to smooth execution of Talent Management (TM) / L&D Programs at the Regional / Country Level.
- Planning, coordination and execution of Orientation Program for New Hires
- Virtual production/ hosting of training sessions delivered over TEAMS.
- Capturing data on the Learning Management System.
- Managng dashboard data and reports as per timelines.
- Maintain documentation of data related to Talent Management.
- Planning of activities / programs from end to end as per planned calendars namely
- Record the progess of all trainees.
- Maintain a record of each trainee’s training status.
- As part of the reporting function, a monthly progress report (expressed in percent complete) will be prepared for management indicating overall progress and containing comments and any required actions.
