- Talent Acquisition at Sector level-
- Drive Performance Management Process at Sector Level
- Goal Setting , Mid-year & Annual Appraisal
- Appeals & Action on NP cases
- Promotions including IJP & Market Corrections and other PMP related activities
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives at Sector, R&R, Action around Employee Engagement Survey. SLM, NMA & LSA
- ASP: Finalization of ASP and final inputs to Productivity Team for implementation, Position Management
- Implementation of Talent Management Initiatives, Business Talent Review, Career pathing, IDP
- TNI Compliance, IDP, In-house Training. Focus on E-Learning. Knowledge sharing sessions
- Support Annual Operating Plan for T&UI business
- Drive HR process improvements & HR MIS and dashboards
