Job Description:
- Remediate and strengthen gaps in our Data Access Controls through role design, management and oversight
- Implement and execute access administration and recertification programs across a variety of data environments and platforms (ie. Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop, Hortonworks, Cloudera, and Greenplum)
- Ensure compliance with Data Use Approvals, Legal and contractual permissions, least privilege access policies, client agreements, and applicable laws and regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Partner with members of the larger Data Management organization and technology in the design, writing and implementing of Access Policies
- Developing and performing ongoing monitoring programs to ensure compliance with Firmwide Data Governance and Data Security policies
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team on the implementation of a strategic solution for monitoring access restrictions and permissions across our data environments
- Participate in the design, build, communication, implementation and on-going operating model for access support
- Provide subject matter expertise to the larger CCB organization on Access related matters
