Job Description:

• Develop and generate business
• Leads follow up & systematic closure
• Develop clear understanding of lending parameters and apply on field
• Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship
• development and market mapping
• Follow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted
• Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement
• Ensure the quality of cases for first six months
• Ensure collection of PDD documents
