Job Description:
- Manage and maintain regional business champions lists
- Prepare and maintain knowledge and learning products - – videos, guides, FAQs
- Demonstrate new functionalities to business leaders and teams
- Co-ordinate with technical teams for urgent/critical queries and issues
- Manage and post communications (functionality updates, outage notifications)
- Participate in system testing / help create key product functionality materials
- Work closely with product owners and regional leads to facilitate deployments
- Experience in professional and structured writing skills
- Independent and forward-thinking attitude
