Job Description:
- GP Strategies are now looking for Instructional System Designer to join the team. As Instructional System Designer you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the logistical implementation, organisation, and delivery of a new Executive Leadership Development programme.
- Working with business partners and stakeholders you’ll ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of the programme to the required audience population.
- Master’s degree / Certification in Instructional Designer related subjects is an added advantage
- Min. of 9 years of relevant Instructional Design experience preferably with enterprise eLearning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Strong ability to communicate professionally, provide proper context, and tailor messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work independently
- Manage stakeholders and resolve conflict
- Proficient knowledge of instructional design and Agile Learning Design
- Planning and organizational skills combined with a proven ability to lead others towards timely completion of projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Evidence of the ability to design assessment tools that promotes learning
- Flexibility, motivation, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good team player and willing to work as per project demands
