Job Description:
- Responsible to act as a Direct manager for the Content Publication (Production) team
- Content Publishing (Public, Intranet, Portal websites)– Daily Production planning for the team
- Participate in the initial conception stage along with a stakeholder in order to better meet the needs of the customer and to translate those expectations to employees.
- Work to find and solve any problems with the function of a web project by implementing testing processes and working with technical staff in order to address any issues.
- Developing effective training procedures, appropriate task assignments and top-quality control processes.
- Generate periodic project status reports to be presented to company stakeholders, detail data, tasks and processes.
- OPEX responsibilities – Finding opportunities for Kaizen, CI, process automation & implementation
- Responsible on actioning decisions related to Quality & Turnaround time for project work
- Responsible for Yearly Performance evaluation of direct reports.
- Responsible for setting up Yearly Goals for team members
- 12+ years of experience on Web Technologies & Front End - Content Management/DAM etc.
- Strong Understanding of CMS with exposure to enterprise content management tools like Adobe AEM, Oracle UCM or other tools
- Have super user experience in AEM (DAM Management, Tags Management etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and json.
- Experience with Google Analytics and SEO technics
- Strong Knowledge of web design skills
- Team Management experience is must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Problem Solving ability
- Team leadership Experience
- Communication & Presentation Skills
- Dealing with Ambiguous situations.
