Job Description: 

  • Be accountable for the entire Relationship executive of a growing business
  • Customer Representative who is genuinely excited and confident to Understand and help customer needs and develop plans to address them in a new-to-the-world online platform.
  • Needs to manage Customer support & queries and handle Database and coordinate with Tech team to execute this in backend to manage ongoing customer support & queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, ready to handle escalation and getting it solved on high priority.
  • Forward up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, Meet the assigned targets.
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors
  • Make daily trackers for the operations team as well as manage daily inbound/outbound email flow.
  • The Relationship Manager will be required to communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Maintain Documentation and Communicate the same to Stakeholders by recording customer queries and details.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Command of English Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Familiarity with computers and the internet Passion to learn and grow Responsible and motivated to give your best Team skills and strong relationship building skills. Ability to accomplish results.
