Job Description:
- This position is responsible for end to end recruitment process.
- Should have good communication skills in English, and Tamil
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Handle the entire recruitment process which would include sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview co-ordination, reference checks and offer generation.
- Create/Understand Job description & strategies hiring plan to source suitable candidates
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Be active with online job portals, professional social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the department heads.
- Conducting exit interviews for resigned employees.
- Ability to operate independently and competently generate a team environment.
- Should be very good in sourcing, screening, documentation etc.
- Good team player.
- Should have hands on experience in MS Office skills
