Job Description:
- Join us as a Software Automation Developer in our Information Lifecycle Governance team in India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that will benefit different areas of Policy and Compliance using Automation Anywhere 360, Power Automate as well as other automation tools.
- Build analysis services reporting models and developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI.
- Connect data sources, import data, and transform data for Business intelligence.
- SharePoint Online Development and Administration following Dell Brand Guidelines
Essential Requirements :
- Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell.
- Experience of developing SharePoint sites / pages
- Experience of integrating SharePoint online with third party applications - using CSOM, JSOM, API etc.
- Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
- Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
- Good front end/CSS skills and experience
- Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Search Service, User Profile Service and other Service Applications
- Practical SharePoint Online product experience - configuring, administration, development and deploying solutions.
- Understanding of relational database structures, Data warehouses, theories, principles, and practices. Understanding of Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong capability with SQL and willingness to become expert with building queries / manipulating data. Interest in statistical programming including R preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of end-to-end application architecture and all phases of applications programming
- Ability to drive the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept and methodologies framework for a new information system
