Job Description:
- Being responsible for top games portfolio performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships with Gaming communities & players across channels.
- Develop and execute community in-game, online, or offline campaigns.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns and execute influencer marketing and community activations
- Work closely with the gaming developer and coordinate with cross-functional teams on day-to-day operations, in-game events and product feedback
- Lead and manage the development of GAMING products and marketing plans for new product launches and promotions to achieve company revenue goals and acquire a loyal subscriber base through attractive and sticky service offers.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for GAMING services, involving product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of the organization’s vision and objectives.
- Work closely with marketing teams & partners to promote services, including launching new products, and creating marketing materials to be ready to go to market.
- Perform frequent healthy testing to ensure service’s stability & accurate charging to end-users.
- Be a contact point for all GAMING-related complaints & queries.
- Develop and enhance the product strategy.
- Establish and ensure every service launched achieves revenue, profitability, subscriber, penetration, and usage targets.
- Manage and analyze competitive and customer impacts on services and business within the portfolio.
- Perform regular reporting to relevant parties & other tasks as required by the superior.
- Prepare regular performance updates of activities, spending, and results for departments and units.
- Assist in developing business cases for digital products/services and monitor the relevant revenue and cost for attaining the business goal.
- Coordinate VAS and new business revenue accounting and cost booking, provisioning, and record-keeping in collaboration with relevant teams and Finance.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to assist in management decision-making, including various assignments to support lines and functions.
- Ensure the creation of necessary material code, GL, cost center, vendor code, and customer code for various digital products and services in Workflow in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from Finance and SAP Team.
