Job Description:
- Experience in Healthcare domain and hands-on experience of managing and troubleshooting large enterprise level HIE applications.
- Able to identify the root-cause of the problem from the reported issues in timely manner and provide solution with quick turnaround and acceptable quality.
- Hands on experience in any scripting language and able to debug existing solution and provide solution of the problems by correcting those.
- Overall understanding of various application from the InterSystems suites of applications and idea about how data are flowing between various components.
- Experience in Incident Management, Problem management, Pattern analysis/ Data Mining and should have implemented Problem Management Techniques during his tenure.
- Should have played a key role in implementing Process improvements, exposure to scripting and automation.
- Must have exposure to Service Now reporting of any other ticketing platform.
- Experience in SQL query writing and performance tuning.
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
- Should be flexible to work in 24*7 shift (Incident management, On-call).
- Coordinates with team, stakeholders, end users and application vendors to ensure continuity of services for all assigned applications.
- Understands & enhances standard operations workflows and become familiar with the functional operations of clinical applications or other software.
- Delivers training to the Operations team on clinical domain, clinical applications, infrastructure, automation, and upgrades.
- Must be a logical thinker, a problem solver.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
- Creates, maintains, and shares documentation related to supported applications in the Knowledge Centered Services & the Onboarding Playbook.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to explore new processes and tools/systems which will improve metric tracking, ensure efficient processes and increase knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the State side counterparts and will be accountable to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day Operations.
- Manage web portal access to ensure access related issues raised by end users are addressed in a timely manner.
- Should be a mentor to the team and focus on continuous improvements and Operational efficiencies.
- Would be a SPOC for driving initiatives and streamlining existing processes.
