Job Description:
- Keep up-to-date on Google updates and Technology in Internet Marketing.
- Review and analyze websites for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised.
- Use various advanced tools for SEO research & analysis.
- Using google analytics to conduct performance reports regularly
- Build connections with bloggers and other high authority webmasters.
- In depth knowledge of On-page and Off-page strategies/techniques.
- Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords.
- Generate & update Meta content for respective pages.
- Perform regular Keyword research.
- Perform competitive analysis with call center companies and identify opportunities and current trends.
- Explore new ways for content marketing & distribution.
- Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines.
- Optimize websites for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines.
- Manage webmaster tools to take advantage of organic results & identify website health issues.
- Utilize basic programming and web design skills to enhance SEO.
- Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.
- Work on improving Organic traffic ranking
- Conduct competitive analysis with contact center companies and identify opportunities and current trends.
- Contribute to the growth of the team to meet business goals and objectives.
- Closely collaborate with website developers and strategists to plan website enhancements.
- Conceptualize and implement website changes to boost SEO.
What We Expect You To Have :
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in SEO with demonstrated successes.
- More than 2 years of experience in working with call center or relevant industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience working with lead generation and Inbound SEO.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Practical knowledge of SEO, web analytics and other tools of online marketing industry.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and website administrations
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Attention to detail.
- Drive and ability to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently & able to exercise strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor’s Degree
