Job Description:
- Strong subject matter expertise/ knowledge of NT business (Custody, GFS, Investment Operations, etc.)
- Demonstrate through examples /evidence strong operations knowledge including secondary review & controls, risks & mitigations.
- Demonstrate through example/evidence excellent written and verbal language skills, ability to independently address technical & non-technical issues, knowledge share / training sessions conducted, proactively troubleshoot and manage escalations, and work with global teams.
- Demonstrate through examples/evidence analytical ability, problem solving, day-to-day task management and escalation of issues.
- Working knowledge of Excel including macros/automations within the process.
- Sustainable performance demonstrated through examples/evidence, the above listed core skills and competencies in the current role over a period of at least 24 months.
- Serves as a contact for the home location, to provide resolution of complex transactions.
- Responsible for delivery of all Client deadlines and resolving all the queries received from home country, clients, auditors accurately and within specified timeframes.
- Responsible for interacting with various business areas to determine automation needs and provide ongoing systems suppor
- Pro-actively come up with productivity improvements in the process
- Assist with testing of ongoing projects as requested.
- Be aware of all service level agreements and KPIs in place.
- Ensure issues are escalated to the appropriate personnel across the business in a timely manner.
- Continuously meet and exceed the expectations and requirements of all clients.
- Work within a team with a strong willingness to assist others when required, building effective relationships with members of other teams
- Be responsible for taking up ownership of all process related documents (DPAD’s/SLD’s,etc)
- Be responsible to maintain the levels of accuracy and timeliness as per agreed SLD
- Escalate issues to onshore location when appropriate
- To work very closely with the Team Leads to ensure business deliverables are taken care on a daily basis
