Job Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and develop automated policies,
- Drive analysis on projects and meaningful strategic decisions, improving the experience for our driver partners and riders.
- Write well designed, testable, and efficient code that powers our policies.
- Coordinate with other members of the Community Operations team across the Globe to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business process.
- Outstanding Java Script knowledge with strong SQL background, Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.
- Team Management/Leadership skills. Ability to quickly learn and transfer knowledge to the team, Good communication and organizational skills.
