Job Description: 

• Adherence to Vestas Safety Culture and Values
• Prepare NDT inspection report for internal and supplier inspections
• Prepare & Share Weekly / Monthly SLA report to NDT Team & Stakeholders
• Document & support change management for PII revisions, One P's & other Factory changes
• Create/ update CIM & Adhoc Tasks Performance
• Document and Support in Maintaining NDT Personnel qualification records & Trainings
• Prepare & Share Facility requirements of Team for 24/7 Business support
• Act as the point of contact between the NDT Team and internal/external stakeholder
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Take dictation and minutes and share it with the required team
• Create reports, presentations and briefs whenever required
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
