Job Description: 

• The candidate will be responsible for providing critical operations support to the team.
•  A further breakdown of few of the expectations will entail preparing, tracking, and maintaining appropriate documentation and trackers, preparing reports, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for related data.
• The candidate will gradually progress to being a data custodian for the team with complete ownership of reports and dashboards.
• The ideal candidate will be a graduate/postgraduate with 0-6 months of relevant work experience and an excellent record of academic achievements
• The candidate should have a process oriented and analytical approach with an affinity for data and MS-Excel
• The candidate should have the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and suggest recommendations for action based on the analysis
• The candidate should possess a positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Any exposure/knowledge of analytical or dashboard tools is good to have, but not mandatory
