Job Description:
- Work alongside IT, Operations, Product teams, and client facing staff as well as senior management to align the use of Reporting within business strategies and maintain alignment with organizational data strategy.
- Creates data and reporting product requirements for the engineering and support teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features
- Identify and ensure the resolution of client facing issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, insights, accuracy, consistency, and completeness, in a timely manner.
- Identify causes of poor data quality, implement solutions, and communicate findings to employees, management, and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the system architects to develop methods for synchronizing data entering company systems from multiple points, and within infrastructure On-Premise and within Clouds
- Will develop reports that reflect program effectiveness and efficiency and perform targeted historical analysis; review historical trending data and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Will produce required statistics, reports and supporting data for all related presentations and communications.
- Ensure product management activities are aligned to office of data, and enterprise data governance initiatives.

Skills / Knowledge:
- Analytical mindset, self-motivated, drives execution, automation
- Exceptional communication skills, can translate the most complex analysis to any audience
- Hands on experience working with large data sets, including statistical
- analyses, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation.
- Strong presentation, analytical, leadership and team-building skills
- Experience managing projects
- Ability design and develop reports with custom formulas and groupings
- Must possess understanding of data integrity and relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all organizational levels required
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform in upper level management environment
